摘要
为提高坑道钻机额定转矩测量数据的可靠性,从重复性测量、测试仪表误差、人员操作、试验环境等方面,分析研究了影响额定转矩测量的因素,建立了不确定评价数学模型;并以ZDY3200L型坑道钻机为研究对象,运用测量不确定理论,进行了各项标准不确定度计算,得出了评定报告,为准确评价坑道钻机额定转矩测量结果提供了可行性方法。最后通过E_(n)值,对企业实验室测试数据做了核查。
In order to improve the reliability of the rated torque measured data for the tunnel drilling rig,from the repeated measurement,measuring instrument error,personal operation,test environment and other aspects,the paper analyzed and studied the factors affected to the rated torque measurement and an uncertain evaluation mathematical model was established.With a ZDY3200L type tunnel drilling rig as the study object,the uncertain theory of the measurement was applied to the uncertain calculation of each standard.The obtained assessment report could provide the feasibility method to accurately evaluate the rated torque measurement results of the tunnel drilling rig.The E_(n) value was applied to verify the measured data from the lab in the enterprise.
