硬岩巷道钻装锚一体机研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 为解决硬岩巷道施工机械化程度低、施工效率不高、现有装备不能满足岩巷快速施工的问题,根据部分现有施工巷道断面形状、断面参数以及锚杆、锚索长度等主要参数,结合钻爆法施工速度影响因素分析,提出了硬岩巷道钻装锚一体机的研制方向,确定了设备研制方案及具体参数要求;通过联合研发的形式,研制出了硬岩巷道钻装锚一体机,并进行了现场应用。五阳煤矿82采区2号回风大巷采用钻装锚一体机及相配套的工艺施工后,连续3个月,每月进尺均超过90 m,施工效率比以往提高50%,施工队用工人数减少30%以上。研究表明:随着操作熟练程度的提高及后配套系统的完善,硬岩掘进施工采用钻装锚一体机,能够有效降低人工成本,提高施工效率,改善作业环境,是目前解决硬岩巷道快速高效安全施工的主要方法之一。 In order to solve a low mechanization and low construction efficiency in the mine hard rock roadway construction as well as the available equipment not meet the requirement of the rapid construction in the hard rock roadway,according to the cross section type and the cross section parameters of the partial available construction roadway as well as the bolt and anchor length and main parameters,in combination with the analysis on the factors effected to the construction speed with the drilling and blasting method,a research and development orientation of the drilling,loading and bolting integrated machine was provided for the mine hard rock roadway and the equipment research and development plan and the certain parameter requirements were set up.With a type of a united research and development,the drilling,loading and bolting integrated machine for the mine hard rock roadway was developed and had a site application.After the construction with the drilling,loading and bolting integrated machine and the related matched technology applied to No.2 air return roadway in No.82 mining block of Wuyang Mine,the construction operation was kept continuously for 3 months.The each month footage all was over 90 m,the construction efficiency was increased by 50% in comparison with previous and the worker number of the construction team was reduced by over 30%.The study showed that with the operation proficiency increased and the back-up system improved,the drilling,loading and bolting integrated machine applied to the roadway heading in the hard rock could efficiently reduce the labor cost,could increase the construction efficiency and could improve the operation environment as well as could be one of the main methods to solve the rapid,high efficient and safety construction of the mine hard rock roadway.
