技术引进、吸收能力与创新质量——来自中国高技术产业的经验证据

Introduction of Technology,Capacity for Absorption and Quality of Innovation:Empirical Evidence from the High-tech Industries in China

技术引进是提高创新质量的重要手段,但引进强度和吸收能力不同,技术引进对创新质量的影响存在差异。以省级高技术产业数据为样本,采用门槛效应模型,基于引进强度和吸收能力视角,系统考察技术引进对创新质量的非线性影响,研究发现:(1)技术引进对创新质量的影响分别存在以引进强度和吸收能力为门槛变量的单门槛效应,即在技术引进影响创新质量过程中,引进强度产生显著的抑制效应,吸收能力则产生显著的增强效应;(2)引进强度和吸收能力具有显著的时空异质性。正确认识技术引进、吸收能力与创新质量之间的内在联系,保持合理的对外技术依赖度,加大适宜性技术引进并全面提升技术吸收能力是创新质量提升的关键所在。

The introduction of technology is an important means to improve the quality of innovation in high-tech industries,the impact of which,however,on the quality of innovation varies with the intensity and absorption capacity concerned with the introduction.This study is based on the relevant provincial high tech data,where a panel threshold effect model is used to investigate the nonlinear impact of the introduction of technology on the quality of innovation from the perspective of the intensity and absorption capacity concerned with the introduction.The research results reveal that,firstly,the effect which the introduction of technology exerts on the innovation quality exhibits a single threshold effect with the introduction intensity and the absorption capacity as the threshold variables.And in the process of technology introduction influencing innovation quality,the introduction intensity has a significant inhibition effect while the absorption capacity has a significant enhancement effect.And,secondly,there exists a significant spatiotemporal heterogeneity in the introduction intensity and the absorption capacity.The paper goes on to point out that the key measures for the improvement of innovation quality will include the correct understanding of the internal relationship between the introduction of technology,the absorption capacity and the innovation quality,the maintenance of a reasonable dependency on foreign technology,the increase in the introduction of appropriate technology and the improvement of the overall technology absorption capacity.
