摘要
针对航空航天以及现代工业控制对多通道串口数据采集存储提出的关键数据优先定位读取、低误码率等要求,设计了一种以FPGA为核心控制器的多路串口数据采集存储系统。该系统从软件角度分析研究了串口数据的抗干扰采集、二级缓存传输技术,并通过页地址指定通道的方法将NAND Flash存储空间分区管理,实现了数据段的可选读取。测试结果表明:该系统采用了一种简单易行的采集存储管理机制,方便对目标数据进行快速检索定位,提升了上位机处理的效率和灵活度,为多通道数据的存储管理提供了新思路。
Aiming at the requirements of aerospace and modern industrial control on multi-channel serial port data acquisition and storage,such as priority positioning and reading of key data and low bit error rate,a multi-channel serial port data acquisition and storage system based on FPGA was designed.From the perspective of software,the anti-interference acquisition of serial port data and the second-level cache transmission technology were analyzed and studied,and the NAND Flash storage space partition management was realized by the method of page address specifying channel,so the data segment can be selectively read.The test results show that a simple and feasible storage management mechanism was established,which is convenient to retrieve and locate the target data quickly,the processing efficiency and flexibility of the upper computer were improved,and a new idea of the storage and management of multi-channel data was provided.
