饲用寡糖添加剂在动物营养中的研究进展

Research Progress of Feed Oligosaccharide Additives in Animal Nutrition

寡糖是一类由2~10个单糖分子经相同或不同糖苷键连接而成的低分子量聚合物,具有多种生物学活性,如抗菌、抗氧化、调剂免疫等,现已在医药及农业等多个领域被广泛研究和应用,但其在畜牧健康养殖中的作用机制研究还缺少全面的综述。结合国内外相关研究进展,对木寡糖、甘露寡糖、壳寡糖、果寡糖等饲用寡糖的种类、特点、功能和作用机理等进行综述,并对目前存在的问题及未来的研究方向进行讨论,为饲用寡糖添加剂在动物营养中的应用推广提供理论支撑。

Oligosaccharides are a kind of low molecular weight polymers that composed of 2-10 monosaccharide molecules linked by the same or different glycosidic bonds.They have a variety of biological activities,such as antibacterial,antioxidant,immune regulation and so on.They have been widely studied and applied in many fields,such as medicine and agriculture.However,there is a lack of comprehensive review on the mechanism of oligosaccharides in animal healthy breeding.In this study,the types,characteristics,functions and mechanism of feed oligosaccharides such as xylooligosaccharides,mannooligosaccharides,chitooligosaccharides and fructooligosaccharides were reviewed,and the existing problems and future research directions were discussed,so as to provide theoretical support for the application and promotion of feed oligosaccharide additives in animal nutrition.
