基于BIM技术的民族建筑构件参数化建模方法研究

Research on Parametric Modeling Method of Ethnic Architecture Components Based on BIM Technology

以岭南地区民族建筑封火墙构件为例,针对民族建筑构件因种类繁多、构件复杂而难以快速建模的问题,运用BIM技术中的Revit软件进行了构件的参数化建模。通过分析民族建筑构件的演化发展规律,将同种类的民族建筑构件进行归一化处理,并对归一化的模型尺寸建立参数关系,利用Revit软件进行模型参数化建模,通过改变模型的自变量参数,控制因变量,即可演化成同类型构件的其他模型。研究表明:通过改变封火墙的归一化模型的马鞍墙模型I的部分自变量参数,可演化为镬耳墙模型和马鞍墙模型II。而对于模型较为复杂的细部构造,可以将三维激光扫描形成的点云模型与参数化建模方法相结合,从而降低民族建筑构件的建模难度,节省建模时间。

Taking the fire sealing wall components of ethnic architecture in Lingnan area as an example,aiming at the problem that it is difficult to quickly model the components of ethnic buildings due to their various types and complex components,the parametric modeling method of components is studied by using the Revit software of BIM technology.Through the analysis of the evolution and development law of ethnic architecture components,the same kind of ethnic architecture components are normalized,and the parameter relationship between them is established.The model parametric modeling is carried out by using the Revit software.By changing the parameters of the independent variables and controlling the dependent variables of the model,other models of the same type of components can be evolved.The research shows that by changing some independent variable parameters of Saddle Wall Model I of normalized model of fire sealing wall,it can be evolved into ear wall model and Saddle Wall Model II.For the model with more complex details,we can combine the point cloud model formed by 3D laser scanning with parametric modeling method,so as to reduce the modeling difficulty of ethnic building components and save modeling time.
