高校政治巡察是党章赋予学校党委的神圣职责,是加强党内监督的内在需求,是完善现代大学制度的重要举措,是全面从严治党向基层延伸的重要途径。做好高校巡察工作要加强顶层设计、健全工作制度、聚焦巡察重点、细化巡察指标、强化业务培训、做实质效评估,以闭环式管理推进巡察实效。

The political inspection in colleges and universities is the sacred duty entrusted to the Party Committee by the party constitution,the internal demand for strengthening the supervision within the party,an important measure to improve the modern university system,and an important way to extend the strict party management to the grassroots level.In order to do a good job in the inspection work of colleges and universities,we should strengthen the top-level design,improve the working system,focus on the key points of inspection,refine the inspection indicators,strengthen the business training,and make the actual effect evaluation,so as to promote the actual effect of the inspection with the closed-loop management.
