基于MEMS传感器与惯性开关的目标识别技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 运用ABAQUS仿真平台建立导弹撞击不同硬度目标模型以及MEMS惯性开关模型,分析了导弹撞击目标过程中的惯性过载情况、惯性开关在撞击惯性力情况下的闭合情况,结合导弹弹道过载特性及目标识别解算准则,设计了MEMS惯性触发电路和惯性开关;结果表明:MEMS惯性触发电路可以对防空导弹弹道过载进行准确的测量,当冲击过载超过300g时,MEMS惯性触发电路可以有效起爆传爆序列,当冲击过载小于300g时,MEMS惯性触发电路可以有效保证传爆序列不发火,保证某典型防空导弹初始飞行弹道安全,实现制导引信一体化引战配合设计。 The model of missile impacting different hardness targets and MEMS inertia switch were established by using ABAQUS simulation platform,and the inertia overload and the closing of inertia switch in the process of missile impacting targets were analyzed.The results show that the MEMS inertia trigger circuit can accurately measure the ballistic overload of air defense missile.When the impact overload is more than 300g,the MEMS inertia trigger circuit can effectively initiate the detonation sequence.When the impact overload is less than 300g,the MEMS inertia trigger circuit can generate electricity.It can ensure the safety of the initial flight trajectory of a typical air defense missile and realize the integrated fuze warhead design.
