摘要 以某特定尺度的微型聚能装药结构为研究对象,运用正交设计方法和数值模拟手段对影响射流成型和侵彻的4个关键结构参数进行优化设计。选定射流有效长度与头部速度作为试验指标,利用AUTODYN对9组试验方案进行数值模拟并获得指标数据,通过对模拟结果分析获得最优装药结构参数组合为璧厚0.8 mm、药型罩锥角角度60°、药柱高80 mm、锥顶形状缺口形。采用该方案的装药结构侵彻10 cm厚钢靶,装药产生的射流能够完全贯穿靶板并产生部分剩余射流,射流穿透靶板的开口孔径为1.2 cm。 The micro-shaped charge structure of a certain scale was taken as the research object,and the orthogonal design and numerical simulation methods were used to optimize the four key structural parameters that affect jet forming and penetration.The effective length and head velocity of the jet were selected as text indicators,and nine groups of schemes were simulated by AUTODYN and the index data were obtained.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the optimal combination was obtained,which is 0.8 mm in thickness,60°in cone angle,80 mm in pillar height,and the notch shape at the top of the cone.The shaped charge with the scheme can completely penetrate a 10 cm thick steel target and generate partial residual jet.The opening diameter of the jet penetrating the target is 1.2 cm.
