摘要
AHEAD弹对于火炮武器系统跟踪、探测、解算及数据传输的实时性要求较高,目前所采用的CAN总线网络在通讯速率、实时性和网络拓扑灵活性等方面已经无法满足下一代智能化火炮武器系统对AHEAD弹的控制要求。针对此现状,提出了一种基于FlexRay总线的AHEAD弹药系统控制网络,同时介绍了AHEAD弹药系统的工作原理,FlexRay总线在AHEAD弹药炮控系统中应用的软硬件设计方案,与CAN总线的数据传输可靠性与稳定性的仿真分析,最终给出了FlexRay总线技术应用结论。
AHEAD ammunition has a high real-time requirement for tracking,detecting,fire-contril calculating and data transmission of the artillery system.At present,the CAN bus network adopted by the artillery has been unable to meet the control requirements of intelligent artillery for the AHEAD ammunition in terms of communication rate,real-time and network topology flexibility.In view of this situation,a kind of contril network of AHEAD ammunition system based on the FlexRay bus was proposed,and it introduced the working principle of AHEAD ammunition system,the software and hardware design scheme of FlexRay bus applied in the AHEAD system,Can bus versus FlexRay bus data transmission reliability and stability simulation analysis,and finally gave the application conclusion of the FlexRay bus technology.
