疫情冲击下我国在线旅行社发展研究——以携程为例 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究疫情下我国OTA的现状与发展,以携程为研究对象,具体分析了其盈利模式、经营现状,同时对我国OTA的未来发展提出了策略与预测。研究结果表明,携程以商务旅客为主要目标市场,业务收入主要来源于酒店、机票产品的预订代理费;在疫情影响下2020年携程两季度的营业收入大幅下降,面临着资金、人力成本的损失和整个旅游业低迷的问题;OTA可以通过与供应商的合作、构建新的旅游模式、改进内部流程与加强员工培训等策略来应对问题。 In order to study the current situation and development of OTA in China under the epidemic situation,Ctrip was taken as the research object to specifically analyze its profit model and operating status,and put forward strategies and forecasts for the future development of OTA in China.The research results show that Ctrip takes business travelers as its main target market,and its business revenue mainly comes from booking agency fees of hotel and air ticket products.Under the impact of the epidemic,Ctrip’s operating revenue in the two quarters of 2020 dropped significantly,and it was faced with the loss of capital and labor costs and the downturn of the entire tourism industry.OTA can respond by working with suppliers,building new travel models,improving internal processes and enhancing staff training.
