摘要
“一带一路”背景下,外语人才培养越来越重要。通过探索高校“四课堂”联动机制中辅导员的角色定位,分析和了解辅导员在第一课堂中作为教育者和监督者、在第二课堂中作为组织者和协调者、在第三课堂中作为联系者和指导者、在第四课堂中作为服务者和引导者的工作路径。
Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,the training of foreign language talents is playing a more and more important role.This article focuses on counselors’role positioning and working path in the mechanism of combining the“Four Classrooms”in universities.Counselors act as an educator and a supervisor in the first classroom,as an organizer and a coordinator in the second classroom,as a contactor and an instructor in the third classroom,and as a server and guide in the fourth classroom.
