我国民办高校档案管理存在的问题及其对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Archives Management in Private Colleges in China

20世纪90年代以来,我国民办高校不断发展壮大,成为我国高等教育一支重要力量。随着民办高校办学规模的扩大,国家对民办高校规范化管理力度加大,档案管理地位也在不断提升。然而,民办高校档案管理普遍存在着档案意识不强、管理人员素质偏低、制度不健全、硬件薄弱等严重问题。要加强民办高校档案管理工作,就必须从增强档案意识、提高队伍素质、健全管理制度、打牢基础设施等方面入手,补足档案管理工作的短板,推动民办高校不断发展壮大。

Since the 1990s,China’s private colleges have been growing and becoming an important force in China’s higher education.With the expansion of the scale of private colleges,the state has strengthened the standardized management of private colleges,and the status of file management is also constantly improving.However,there are some serious problems in the file management of private colleges,such as weak file awareness,low quality of management personnel,imperfect system,weak hardware and so on.In order to strengthen the archives management of private colleges,we must strengthen the consciousness of archives,improve the quality of the team,improve the management system,and lay a solid foundation,so as to make up for the shortcomings of archives management and promote the continuous development of private colleges.
