摘要
目的:对利用替代计量学(Altmetrics)指标评价临床医学“中青年科技创新领军人才”社会影响力的适用性和效果进行评估,为Altmetrics在医学科技评价领域深入应用提供支撑和依据。方法:以Web of Science和Altmetric.com为数据源,使用R语言、SPSS 22.0等工具,利用统计学方法对论文的Altmetrics基本指标、“领军人才”Altmetrics指标和传统指标的相关性以及“领军人才”Altmetrics指标的可能影响因素进行分析。结果:利用Altmetrics指标评价“领军人才”社会影响力在适用性、灵敏度、独立性方面均表现良好。年龄、性别和工作地区不是“领军人才”Altmetrics指标的影响因素,而医院科技实力可能影响“领军人才”Altmetrics指标,利用Altmetrics指标进行高层次人才评价和引进时应考虑其所在工作医院实力的影响。结论:可将Altmetrics指标纳入临床医学“领军人才”的评价指标体系,作为评价人才社会影响力的维度之一。
Objective To provide support and foundation for the further application of altmetrics in evaluation of medical sciences by assessing its applicability and efficacy in evaluating the social impact of"young and middleaged leading scientific and technologic innovators"in clinical medicine.Methods The relationship of altmetrics indicators for papers and"leading scientific and technologic innovators"with traditional indicators and the influencing factors of altmetrics indicators for"leading scientific and technologic innovators"were analyzed using R language,SPSS 22 tools and statistical methods respectively with Web of Science and Altmetric.com as the data source.Results The applicability,sensitivity and independence of altmetrics indicators for evaluating the social impact of"leading scientific and technologic innovators"were rather good.Age,gender and working location were not the influencing factors of altmetrics indicators for evaluating the social impact of"leading scientific and technologic innovators"while the scientific and technological strength of hospitals might an influencing factor of altmetrics indicators for evaluating the social impact of"leading scientific and technologic innovators",it is thus necessary to take the scientific and technological strength of hospitals into consideration when the high level talents are evaluated and recommended according to the altmetrics indicators.Conclusion Altmetrics indicators can be included into the evaluation system for"leading scientific and technologic innovators"in clinical medicine and used as one of the dimensions in evaluating their social impact.
