国际护理实践分类编目研究及启示

International classification for nursing practice catalogues and its enlightenments

介绍了国际护理实践分类(ICNP)编目的定义、类型、特点和发展方法学,以及现已开发的编目及其应用和推广的现状与不足,为我国开展ICNP编目相关研究、建立特定领域的标准化护理术语提供参考。建议可基于本土护理实践开发编目,引入和翻译其他国家开发的编目,对已开发的编目术语进行修订、更新,在临床护理实践和研究中关注ICNP编目的应用,并将其纳入护理教育,为临床护理实践术语的统一、规范发展和国际交流提供支持。

The definitions,types,characteristics,development methodology,developed catalogues of international classification for nursing practice catalogues and their application,popularization,problems were described in order to provide reference for our country to carry out studies in relation with international classification for nursing practice catalogues and to establish the standardized nursing terminologies for specific fields with following suggestions put forward to support the unified,normal development and international communication of clinical nursing practice terminologies,namely developing catalogues based on the nursing practice in our country,introducing and translating the catalogues developed by other countries,revising and updating the developed catalogue terminologies,focusing the application of international classification for nursing practice catalogues in clinical nursing practice and studies,and including the international classification for nursing practice catalogues in nursing education.
