Research on Enterprises'Demands over Professional Ability and the Cultivation of Financial Management Talents in Universities

根据调查结果分析当前企业对财务管理岗位人才的职业能力要求,明确高校财务管理专业人才的培养方向。高校应从实施课程思政、利用校园孵化器项目、建立证书考核机制、引进财务共享系统方面,紧跟时代潮流,使财务管理专业人才满足企业的需求。

Based on the result of a survey,an analysis was made of current enterprises'demand over professional ability of financial management talents to clarify the direction of financial management talent cultivation in universities.It was proposed that universities should follow the trend of the times in terms of implementing the policy of courses for ideological and political education,making use of campus incubator projects,establishing a certificate assessment mechanism,and introducing a financial sharing system so as to meet the needs of enterprises.
