中小学教师科研存在的问题与对策研究——基于长春市十五个县市区的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 教育科研是教师专业发展的重要途径之一,我国的中小学教育科研还存在着教师研究热情不高、研究方法不当、研究成果推广不足等问题。通过对长春地区的6332名中小学教师的抽样调查,就教师的科研意识、教师的科研方法的运用、教师的科研培训需求等方面进行分析,发现了其中存在的问题,有针对性的提出了加强科研投入、完善科研体系、增强区域联动、提高教师科研能力、增强教师科研培训的实效性等具体措施。 Educational scientific research is one of the important ways for teachers'professional development.However,problems have been found in educational scientific research in elementary and middle schools in China such as low enthusiasm in research,improper research methods,and insufficient promotion of research results.Through a sample survey of 6,332 elementary and middle school teachers in Changchun City,an analysis was made of teachers'scientific research awareness,application of scientific research methods,and the teachers'needs for scientific research training,etc.To solve the problems discovered in the survey,some specific measures were proposed such as strengthening scientific research investment,improving scientific research system,enhancing regional linkage,improving teachers'scientific research ability,and enhancing the effectiveness of teacher scientific research training.
