摘要
文章以新浪微博为例,对国内行政区划内省、市、县3级公共图书馆利用微博开展服务的情况进行网络调研,并通过图表分析法从认证情况、开通时间、粉丝量、微博量4个维度对已开通微博服务的719家公共图书馆进行数据分析,以期发现我国公共图书馆微博服务存在的问题。通过调研发现,目前我国公共图书馆微博服务存在省市县及中东西部服务不均衡、微博服务意识弱、僵尸微博等现象。为提升公共图书馆微博服务效能,应全面落实图书馆相关法律、提高微博服务意识、采用多种营销方式。
Taking Sina Weibo as an example,this paper does a network survey on the situation of using Weibo in domestic public libraries at three levels of province,city and county,and analyzes the data of 719 public libraries that have opened Weibo service from the four dimensions of authentication,opening time,number of fans and Weibo numbers by chart analysis,so as to find out the existing problems of Weibo service in Chinese public libraries.Through investigation and research,it is found that there are some phenomena in the public library Weibo service in our country,such as the unbalanced service between provinces,cities,counties,middle,east and west,weak consciousness of Weibo service,zombie Weibo and so on.In order to improve the efficiency of Weibo service in public libraries,we should fully implement relevant laws on libraries,improve the consciousness of Weibo service and adopt various marketing methods.
