摘要
积极发展民族地区职业教育既是我国"后扶贫时代"教育反贫困、推进乡村振兴的战略选择,也是促进"十四五"时期民族地区经济高质量发展的现实需要。在新的时代背景下,民族地区职业教育必须实现发展转型,功能定位从"服务区域经济发展"转向"服务人的能力提升"、体系构建从"单一性学校教育"转向"复合型跨界教育"、发展动力从"外源推动"转向"内生驱动"、办学模式从"同质化"转向"特色化"。要实现民族地区职业教育发展转型,需要政府优化完善政策供给、职业院校深度融入民族地区社会治理体系、社会力量积极参与职业教育。
The active development of vocational education in ethnic minority areas is not only the strategic choice of anti-poverty education and promoting rural revitalization in the post-poverty eradication era of our country,but the realistic needs of promoting high-quality economic development in ethnic minority areas.Under the background of the new era,vocational education in ethnic minority areas must realize the development and transformation,the function orientation has changed from"serving regional economic development"to"serving people’s ability enhancement",the system construction has changed from"single school education"to"compound cross-border education",the development motive force has changed from"exogenous push"to"endogenous drive",and the school operation mode has changed from"homogenization"to being"unique with individual characteristic".In order to realize the transformation of vocational education in ethnic minority areas,it is necessary to further improve the policy supply,clarify the road of transformation and development,integrate into the social governance system of ethnic minority areas,consolidate the foundation of transformation and development,and activate the participation force of vocational education in ethnic minority areas,refine the strategy of transformation and development.
