摘要
少数民族预科生的培养是高校少数民族高层次人才培养的重要环节,也是提高少数民族地区人才培养质量、建设和谐校园的一项重要工作。本文通过剖析西北工业大学率先承担少数民族预科生自主培养过程中遇到的挑战,探索以学生为中心的少数民族预科本科协同培养新模式,构建"卓越个性化"教学培养方案,预科—本科贯通培养;构建"共享荣光"学习交流平台,实现预科—本科协同成长;构建"共筑中国梦"思想教育机制,开展预科—本科红色培育;构建"手拉手"校园文化氛围,促进预科—本科融合发展。形成了价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授的自主培养协同育人体系,对于不断完善少数民族预科教育体系,加快推进少数民族高层次人才培养具有重要意义。
The cultivation of ethnic minority preparatory students is an important part of the high-level ethnic minority talents cultivation within universities,and also consist as an important work to affect the talents cultivation in ethnic minority areas and the construction of harmonious campus.In this paper,via analyzing the challenges facing by Northwestern Polytechnical University through its leading process of shouldering the independent cultivation for ethnic minority preparatory students,i.e.,explored a student-centered mode to link the ethnic minority preparatory students and undergraduate stage cultivation,construct an excellent and personalized cultivation scheme to integrate the cultivation of preparatory stage and undergraduate stage,built a sharing learning and communication platform to realize the growth of preparatory stage and undergraduate stage,carried out the ideological education mechanism of building The Chinese Dream together to foster patriotism through preparatory stage and undergraduate stage,created hand-in-hand campus cultural atmosphere to promote the integrated development of preparatory stage and undergraduate stage,has formed an independent and collaborative educational system of value shaping,ability cultivation and knowledge imparts,which is of great significance to continuously improve the ethnic minority preparatory education system and accelerate the cultivation of high-level talents of ethnic minorities.
