摘要
阻碍企业进行慈善捐赠活动的根源在于企业家认为德福相背,即慈善捐赠增加了企业成本而不能获得相应收益。实际上,企业慈善可以给企业带来五个方面的回报:增加企业的经济效益;提高企业的人才优势;降低一定的运营成本;产生良好的社会影响;帮助企业建设企业文化。在正确认识企业慈善的必要性前提下,可以采取以下举措促进企业慈善的更好发展,即将企业慈善作为长期战略加以重视,对企业慈善行为进行科学规划及有意识的市场化,通过企业慈善加强企业与政府、社会公众间的良好交流,从而为企业的发展持续注入动力。
The root cause of hindering enterprises from carrying out charitable donation activities is that entrepreneurs believe that morality and happiness are contrary,that is,charitable donations increase the cost of enterprises and cannot obtain corresponding benefits.In fact,corporate philanthropy can bring five aspects of return to the company:increase the economic benefits of the company;improve the company's talent advantage;reduce a certain operating cost;produce a good social impact;help companies build corporate culture.Under the premise of correct understanding of the necessity of corporate philanthropy,the following measures can be taken to promote the better development of corporate philanthropy,which is to attach importance to corporate philanthropy as a long-term strategy,conduct scientific planning and conscious marketization of corporate philanthropy,and strengthen corporate philanthropy through corporate philanthropy Good communication with the government and the public will continue to inject impetus into the development of the company.
