“四位一体”高校家庭经济困难学生精准资助模式的实现路径 被引量:4

摘要 国家大学生资助政策有力,资助体系多元,覆盖面广量大,但是在资助过程中还存在着育人功能内涵模糊、资助对象识别现实瓶颈、育人形式和模式单一等不足;应倡导构建物质帮扶、精神帮扶、心理帮扶和能力帮扶“四位一体”的高校家庭经济困难学生精准资助模式,以更符合学生成长成才需求;以育人为目的,以学生发展为本,将精准识别与科学认定相结合,“扶智”与“扶志”相结合,鼓励学生积极体验与学会觉察,励志强能与自我超越,促进其自我实现和全面成长。 The state has put forward powerful financial aid policies with its multicomponent aid system and a wide coverage of the target students.However,in the process of aiding university and college students from financially difficult families,there are some deficiencies such as the indistinction of the aim of education,the realistic bottleneck of identifying the right targets,the lack of variety in the form and mode of education.Therefore,it is advisable to practice“quaternity”of material aid,spiritual aid,psychological aid and personal development aid with regard to targeted financial aid for university and college students from financially difficult families to better meet the needs of the students.Consideration of financial aid should be taken into educating people and cultivating students’development and combining precise identification with scientific affirmation,“aiding education”with“aiding cultivation”,better promoting students’self-realization and overall growth by encouraging them to experience actively,observe consciously and develop their capabilities and self-transcendence.
