摘要
石墨烯是一种有着高强韧性的超薄材料,断裂强度较大,超过钢材的200倍;弹性较好,拉伸幅度超过20%,导电性优异,是智能可穿戴的研究热点[1][2]。本文利用石墨烯粉末掺加高聚物后得到的浆料并通过丝网印刷的方法将浆料印刷在柔性基材上,通过确定浆料中石墨烯含量在7.5%wt和膜片电极间距为1cm,膜层为3层以及供电电压为9~10V时,此时得到的石墨烯膜发热效果最好,发热均匀、稳定,使用寿命长。为了实现温度调节,我们在电源与膜片之间安装了控制器,该控制器可控制单个膜片和多个膜片的工作温度和工作时间。经测试整套系统移植到体育类服装上可在10V电压下连续工作500h及5000次稳定发热(40℃)。
Graphene is an ultra-thin material with high strength and toughness.It has a large fracture strength,more than 200 times that of steel.It has good elasticity,a stretching range of more than 20%,and excellent conduc⁃tivity.It is a research hotspot for smart wearables.In this paper,the slurry obtained by adding graphene powder to high polymer is used to print the slurry on a flexible substrate by screen printing.By determining the content of gra⁃phene in the paste is 7.5%wt and the electrode distance of the diaphragm is 1cm,the film layer is 3 layers and the power supply voltage is 9-10v,the graphene film obtained at this time has the best heating effect,uniform and sta⁃ble heating,and long service life.In order to achieve temperature regulation,we installed a controller between the power supply and the diaphragm,which can control the working temperature and working time of a single dia⁃phragm and multiple diaphragms.After testing,the whole system can be transplanted to sports clothing and can work continuously for 500h and 5000 times of stable heating(40℃)under 10V voltage.
