摘要
牙本质混合层(hybrid layer,HL)底部裸露的胶原纤维水解变性导致混合层结构缺陷是树脂-牙本质粘接修复失败的主要原因。近年来在牙本质粘接领域中新兴起许多关于胶原交联剂的研究,通过在胶原纤维内或之间增加共价键和氢键,改善生物力学性能的同时抑制酶活性,用于改善牙本质粘接耐久性。本文将会对天然来源的胶原交联剂在牙本质粘接中的作用机制及应用进行综述。
The main reason for the failure of resin-dentine bonding repair is the structural defect of the hybrid layer caused by the hydrolytic degeneration of the exposed collagen fibers at the bottom of the hybrid layer.In recent years,there have been a lot of new studies on collagen cross-linking agents in the field of dentin bonding.By adding covalent bonds and hydrogen bonds in or between collagen fibers,they can improve the biomechanical properties and inhibit the enzyme activity,so as to improve the durability of dentin bonding.In this paper,we will review the mechanism and application of natural collagen crosslinking agents in dentin bonding.
