骨移植材料在上颌窦内提升术同期种植的临床效果分析 被引量:6

Clinical Effect Analysis of Bone Graft Materials in Maxillary Sinus Elevation Surgery with Simultaneous Implantation

摘要 文章主要分析不同骨移植材料在上颌窦内提升术同期种植中的临床效果,实验一共分为三种,A组为无植入组,B组为PRF组,C组为骨粉组,一共选择符合要求的30位患者作为实验对象。实验中使用上颌窦内提升术进行同期种植,分析骨移植材料应用之后的并发症发生情况、新骨获得量、患者术后感受及反应等。实验结果表明,与无植入组相比,使用骨移植材料具有更好的新骨获得量;PRF作为骨移植材料具有更好的临床效果。 This paper mainly analyzes the clinical effect of different bone graft materials in maxillary sinus eleva⁃tion surgery with simultaneous implantation.The experiment is divided into three kinds,group A is no implantation group,group B is PRF group,and group C is bone meal group.A total of 30 patients who meet the requirements are selected as experimental subjects.In the experiment,maxillary sinus elevation was used for simultaneous implanta⁃tion,and the complications after the application of bone graft materials,the amount of new bone acquisition,postop⁃erative feelings and reactions of the patients were analyzed.The experimental results show that compared with the non implantation group,the use of bone graft material has a better amount of new bone;PRF as a bone graft materi⁃al has better clinical effect.
