配电线路乙烯基酯树脂纳米复合自动涂覆绝缘材料性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 绝缘涂料自动涂覆技术,是解决配电线路绝缘化改造过程中需要增设新杆塔、停电工作等难题的重要突破。文章以乙烯基酯树脂纳米复合材料为例,对配电线路智能化自动涂覆绝缘材料中所使用的绝缘涂料性能进行研究,对该材料结构、性能优势等进行总结,通过案例,对乙烯基酯树脂纳米复合材料在配电线路智能化机器人自动涂覆工作中的应用价值进行分析,旨在为配电线路机器人自动涂覆技术涂覆材料选择等方面提供经验借鉴。 The technology of automatic coating of insulation coating is an important breakthrough to solve the prob⁃lems such as adding new poles and towers and power failure in the insulation transformation of distribution lines.This paper takes vinyl ester resin nanocomposites as an example,the intelligent automatic coating insulation mate⁃rials for power distribution lines used in the insulation of the coatings performance were studied,to summarize the material structure and performance advantages,through the case study,the application value of ester resin nano⁃composite materials in the automatic coating work of intelligent robots on distribution lines is analyzed,and the pur⁃pose is to provide experience and reference for the selection of coating materials for automatic coating technology of distribution line robots.
