摘要
为解决某加工中心自动换刀机械手存在转动惯量较大引起的换刀速度与换刀性能不够理想的问题,在SolidWorks环境下建立了该型号的自动换刀机械手模型,并对换刀过程进行了详细描述。利用AN?SYS Workbench软件对其进行静力学分析,得到机械手的应变和应力情况,并在Shape optimization模块中对其结构进行改进设计。最后的结果不仅使机械手应变和应力有所降低,而且质量比原结构降低了15%,从而验证了该优化方案的可行性,同时也为后续物理样机的生产提供了借鉴和依据。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient tool change speed and tool change performance caused by the large moment of inertia of the automatic tool change manipulator of a machining center,this model of automatic tool changer manipulator is built on Solidworks environment,and the tool changing engineering is described in de⁃tail.Use ANSYS Workbench software to analyze it statically,get the strain and stress of the manipulator,and im⁃prove the design of its structure in the Shape optimization module.The final result not only reduced the strain and stress of the manipulator,but also reduced the mass by 15%compared to the original structure,thus verifying the feasibility of the optimization scheme,and also providing reference and basis for the production of subsequent phys⁃ical prototype.
