突发公共卫生事件视域下居民健康素养及其提升路径研究——以新冠肺炎疫情为例

Research on Residents’Health Literacy and Its Promotion Path from the Perspective of Public Health Emergencies:Taking the COVID-19 Epidemic as an Example

从突发公共卫生事件和健康素养的内涵界定入手,结合新型冠状病毒肺炎期间公众在防疫控疫活动中不同维度健康素养的具体表现,分析居民的知识性健康素养、信念性健康素养、行为性健康素养和功能性健康素养现状,同时,借鉴域外的理论和实践经验,探讨突发性公共卫生视域下提升居民健康素养的实践路径,以期通过健康教育的普及、健康促进活动的开展、健康管理的推动和健康服务体系的建立使得居民健康素养四个维度得到切实提高。

Based on the connotation definition of public health emergencies and health literacy,combined with the specific performances of public health literacy in different dimensions in epidemic prevention and control activities during the COVID-19 epidemic,this paper analyzed current situation of residents’knowledge health literacy,belief health literacy,behavioral health literacy and functional health literacy,and explored the practical path of improving residents’health literacy from the perspective of sudden public health by drawing on theoretical and practical experience outside the domain.Through the popularization of health education,the development of health promotion activities,the promotion of health management and the establishment of health service system,to effectively improved the four dimensions of residents’health literacy.
