摘要
为了解抗击新冠肺炎疫情期间一线护士的心理压力及工作投入状况,分析一线护士心理压力与工作投入的相关性,应用一般资料调查表、压力源量表及工作投入量表以便利抽样的方式对武汉市某三甲医院203名一线护士进行问卷调查。结果显示,新冠肺炎疫情期间一线护士压力源总得分为(81.14±14.92)分,各条目均分为(2.27±0.59)分,年龄、婚姻状况、有无子女、学历、职称、工龄及夜班频率对新冠肺炎一线护士的压力有影响(P<0.05);工作投入量表总得分为(55.83±14.72)分,各条目均分为(3.39±1.04)分,一线护士压力源与工作投入各维度呈负相关性(P<0.01)。经分析,疫情期间一线护士呈中高度压力水平及中度工作投入状态,压力负向影响工作投入度,因此,护理管理者应高度重视一线护士的压力状况,以减轻护士压力,提高工作投入度。
To understand the psychological stress and work engagement of first-line nurses during the COVID-19epidemic,and to analyze the correlation between the psychological stress and work engagement of first-line nurses.The general information questionnaire,stress sources scale and work engagement scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 203 first-line nurses in a tertiary A hospital in Wuhan by a convenient sampling method.The results showed that the total score of the first-line nurses’stressors during the COVID-19 epidemic was(81.14±14.92),and the average score for each item was(2.27±0.59).Age,marital status,presence or absence of children,education,professional title,length of service,night shift frequency had a impact on the pressure of front-line nurses with new coronary pneumonia(P<0.05).The total score of the work engagement scale was(55.83±14.72),and each item was equally divided into(3.39±1.04).There was a negative correlation between the stressors of the first-line nurses and the dimensions of work engagement(P<0.01).According to the analysis,during the epidemic,the frontline nurses showed a moderate to high stress level and moderate work engagement.Pressure negatively affects work engagement.It is believed that nursing managers should attach great importance to the stress status of frontline nurses to reduce nurses’pressure and increase work engagement.
