On the Cultivation of Narrative Medicine for Neonatal Specialist

在新生儿专科医师规范化培训中,应强调医学科学精神与人文精神的融合。通过精细阅读文献与反思性写作发现,叙事医学涉及医学实践活动中的四种主要叙事关系:医生和患者、医生和自我、医生和同事及医生和社会。叙事医学能力的提高不仅有助于个性化临床决策的制定、和谐医患关系的建立和患者依从性的提高,也有利于建立和谐、健康、有序的医疗秩序。

In the standardized training of neonatal specialists,it emphasizes the integration of medical scientific spirit and humanistic spirit.Through fine reading of literature and reflective writing,narrative medicine involves four main narrative relationships in medical practice:physician-patient,physician-self,physician-colleague,and physician-society.Improvement of narrative medicine is not only helpful to the formulation of individualized clinical decision-making,the establishment of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and the improvement of patient compliance,but also to establish the medical order of harmonious,health and orderly.
