摘要
为研究航天搜救行动后勤保障能力评估问题,通过建立相应的指标评价体系,采用模糊综合评价法,对航天搜救行动后勤保障能力进行评估。结果表明,航天搜救行动后勤保障能力介于好与一般之间,可见航天搜救后勤保障能力还有待提高,尤其要着重提高航天搜救后勤保障的物资保障能力和卫勤保障能力。通过航天搜救行动后勤保障能力评估结果的分析,有针对性地提出相关措施,指导未来航天搜救行动后勤保障能力建设。
In order to study the logistical support capability evaluation of space search and rescue operations,a corresponding index evaluation system is established and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the logistical support capa⁃bility of space search and rescue operations.The results show that the logistics support capability of space search and rescue opera⁃tions is between good and general,which indicates that the logistics support capability of space search and rescue needs to be im⁃proved,especially the material support capability and medical support capability of space search and rescue logistics.Based on the analysis of the logistics capability assessment results of space search and rescue operations,relevant measures are proposed to guide the logistics capability construction of space search and rescue operations in the future.
