摘要
理工科院校的文科建设,具有不同于综合性大学的基本条件和机制。在高等教育综合改革的背景下,以内涵发展为目标,转变办学观念、优化办学环境,依托理工优势,倡导文科与理科、文科与工科之间的交叉突破,是其办学特色形成的重要条件。
The construction of liberal arts in science and engineering colleges has the basic conditions and mechanisms different from those in comprehensive universities.Under the background of the comprehensive reform of higher education,it is an important condition for the formation of its school-running characteristics to take the connotation development as the goal,change the school-running idea,optimize the school-running environment,rely on the advantages of science and technology,advocate the cross breakthrough between arts and science,arts and engineering.
