摘要 为应对教育发展新形势,满足民众对教育的新期盼,“十三五”期间,长春经开区提出“幸福经开和谐教育”战略目标,首创“总部教育”治理模式,深化体制机制改革,重构发展格局,开启了区域教育优质发展的全新探索,走出了一条结构更优、质量更高、优势更明显的经开特色发展之路,创造了一年起步、二年跃升、三年跨越的经开教育优质均衡发展的实践成果。 In response to the new situation of education development,meet the people's new expectations for education,During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone put forward the strategic target of“Happiness Technological Development Zone,Harmonious Education”,creative the governance model of“headquarters education”firstly,deepened the reform of institutions and mechanism,restructured the development pattern,and launched the new exploration of high-quality development of regional education,walked out of a path of characteristic development with better structure,higher quality and more advantage,created the practice achievements of quality and balanced development of education with one year to start,two years to jump,three years to leap.
