摘要
课题组基于对137所“双一流”大学教师社会兼职行为规范的专门文件、大学章程以及其他文件的分析,了解了“双一流”大学对教师社会兼职管理现状。其中,“双一流”大学存在内容规定不清、教师社会兼职管理认可度不高,以及教师社会兼职合理引导缺乏等问题,阻碍了一流师资队伍的建设管理。针对上述问题,提出建立健全专门的管理规定、重视教师流动问题,以及制订教师兼职负面清单等改进策略,以进一步促进“双一流”大学的建设。
Based on the analysis of 137“Double first-class”universities'special documents,university statutes and other documents of teachers'social part-time behavior norms,this paper reveals the current situation of teachers'social part-time management in“double first-class”universities.Among them,the existing deficiencies of“double first-class”universities,such as unclear provisions on existing contents,low recognition of teachers'social part-time management,and lack of reasonable guidance for teachers'social part-time work,thus hinder the construction and management process of first-class teachers.Therefore,in order to further promote the construction of“double first-class”universities,some countermeasures are put forward,such as amending specific and special management regulations,attaching importance to the problem of teacher turnover,and making a negative list of part-time teachers.
