摘要
从职业角色定位角度来看,高校教师因为其职业特殊性会接受较多的角色期待。高校教师个人角色属性中兼有职业角色、社会角色。多重委托代理关系背景下,高校教师的角色行为中有诸多基于角色权利、义务形成的消极行为。围绕高校教师这一角色主体,从委托—代理理论的视角出发,分析我国高校教师消极角色行为的成因及调适策略,力图对改善我国高校教师消极角色行为现状有所助力。
From the perspective of professional role positioning,university teachers will accept more role expectations because of their professional specificity.In the personal role attributes of university teachers,professional and social roles are both.Under the background of multiple principal-agent relationships,the role behavior of university teachers has many negative role behaviors based on role rights and obligations.This article focuses on the role of university teachers,from the perspective of principal-agent theory,analyzes the causes and adjustment strategies of the negative role behavior of university teachers in my country,hoping to help improve the status quo of the negative role behavior of university teachers in our country.
