摘要
为满足城轨车辆模块化设计要求,设计了一种制动系统辅助控制模块集成结构。首先利用有限元分析软件依据EN12663标准对该集成结构进行静强度分析,然后采用Goodman疲劳曲线图对结构疲劳强度进行评估。结果表明,集成化的辅助控制模块结构符合EN12633标准,能够满足车辆使用要求,后续同类项目可以直接采用该集成结构。
In order to meet the requirements of modular design of urban rail vehicles,an integrated structure of the auxiliary control module of the braking system is designed.Firstly,the static strength of the integrated structure was analyzed by using the finite element analysis software according to EN12663 standard,and then the fatigue strength of the structure was evaluated by Goodman fatigue curve.The results show that the integrated auxiliary control module structure conforms to EN12633 standard and can meet the requirements of vehicle use.The integration structure can be directly adopted by similar projects in the future.
