响应面法优化超声波辅助提取贵州余甘子总黄酮工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 以贵州余甘子为原料,采用超声波辅助提取余甘子中总黄酮化合物,使用单因素和Box-Behnken设计对余甘子中总黄酮提取工艺进行优化,分别考察提取温度、乙醇浓度、粉碎粒径对总黄酮提取率的影响。通过对其提取工艺的优化,确定了最佳提取条件为:余甘子在提取温度60℃,乙醇浓度75%,粉碎粒径60目时,总黄酮的提取率最大,提取率为10.55%。采用响应面法分析实验结果可靠,得到了超声波提取贵州余甘子总黄酮的最佳工艺条件,其中粉碎粒径对总黄酮提取率影响最大,其次是乙醇浓度,提取温度影响最小。 Using ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Guizhou phyllanthus emblica was studied,a single-factor and a Box-Behnken were used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids.The effects of extraction temperature,ethanol concentration and particle size on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were investigated.By optimizing the extraction process,the optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:the extraction temperature was 60 degrees,75%ethanol was the extraction solvent,and the particle size was 60 mess.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 10.55%.The experimental results were reliable by the response surface methodology,and the optimum extracting total flavonoids conditions from Guizhou phyllanthus emblica by ultrasonic-assisted extraction was obtained.Among them,the particle size had the greatest influence on the extraction rate of total flavonoids,followed by the ethanol concentration and the minimum effect of the extraction temperature.
