新医科视域下护理智慧考试系统结合OSCE的研究

Application of the combination of nursing intelligence examination system and OSCE under the perspective of New Medicine

将客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structure Clinical Examination,OSCE)融入到护理专业无纸化智慧考试系统中,把学生分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用智慧考试系统考试训练,实验组采用OSCE结合智慧考试系统考试训练,分析护生的及格率、优秀率、平均成绩和满意度。结果显示:实验组的及格率、优秀率和平均成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生对结合了OSCE后的考试系统满意度更好(P<0.05),对照组和实验组护生对护考训练模式的满意度分别为36.6%、68.3%。将OSCE模式与护理专业智慧考试系统结合,提高了学生的自主学习能力及护考通过率,提升学院的人才培养质量,对提高护生就业竞争力具有重要意义。

Combined the objective structured clinical examination with paperless wisdom examination system for nursing specialty,students were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group adopted wisdom examination system examination training,and the experimental group adopted OSCE combined wisdom examination system examination training.The passing rate,excellence rate,average score and satisfaction of nursing students were analyzed.The results showed that the pass rate,excellence rate and average score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the test system combined with OSCE(P<0.05);The satisfaction of nursing students in control group and experimental group to nursing training mode was 36.6%and 68.3%.The combination of OSCE model and the nursing professional wisdom examination system improves the students'independent learning ability and the passing rate of nursing examination,improves the college's talent training quality,and is of great significance for improving the employment competitiveness of nursing students.
