摘要
为研究长螺旋钻孔灌注桩在水利工程中的应用,以北支江综合整治项目——上游水闸、船闸工程为例,介绍长螺旋钻孔灌注桩施工工艺、操作流程及质量控制技术。实践结果表明,该方法能较好地应用于水利工程,在钻进速度2.3m/min、提升速度2.0m/min的施工参数下进行长螺旋钻孔灌注桩施工,试桩的完整性较好,整体检测结果无缺陷或轻微缺陷。
Beizhi River comprehensive renovation project-upstream sluice and ship lock engineering is researched as an example to study on the application of long spiral bored piles in hydraulic engineering.The construction technology,operation process and quality control of long spiral bored piles are introduced.The results show that the long spiral bored piles can be successfully applied in hydraulic engineering.Under the construction parameters of drilling speed 2.3 m/min and lifting speed 2.0 m/min,the long spiral bored pile is completed.The integrity of the test pile is good,and the overall inspection results show no defects or slight defects.
