摘要
模架一体化技术作为建筑施工重点技术之一,其技术创新转型也刻不容缓。为了提高附着式升降脚手架提升的稳定性和作业效率,提出一种反拉技术,在动力倒换时,仅需将钢丝绳端头固定在下一层附着支座上,无需上下移动电动葫芦,省时省力。本技术巧妙地避免了电动葫芦在以往使用过程中产生歪拉斜吊的普遍现象,提高电动葫芦的使用寿命,杜绝因电动葫芦歪拉斜吊而造成钢丝绳报废,减少施工作业环境的安全隐患。
As one of the key technologies in construction,the technology innovation and transformation of formwork-frame integration technology are also urgent.In order to improve the stability of climbing frame lifting operation efficiency,this paper proposes a back-pulling technology.When the power is reversed,only the end of the wire rope is fixed on the next layer of attachment support,without moving the electric hoist up and down,which saves time and labor.Moreover,it skillfully avoids the common phenomenon of the electric hoist in the past,improves the service life of the electric hoist,eliminates the scrap of the wire rope caused by the electric hoist in the process of skew pulling,and reduces the hidden danger of the construction environment.
