摘要
异形建筑对施工技术提出了更高要求,单元体幕墙建筑作为装配式建筑,在异形曲面建筑中,更是增大了施工难度。以云报传媒广场建设异形曲面单元体幕墙为依托,在大楼施工过程中,利用大楼Revit模型及总平面布置Fuzor模型对2种吊装方案进行模拟,并对细部节点进行细化设计。应用BIM技术在异形幕墙施工前进行预拼装,避免了现场安装时因误差较大导致返厂加工。玻璃幕墙通过模型直接提取数据,提高了生产效率,减少了资源浪费。
Special shaped buildings has higher requirements for construction technology.As a fabricated building,the unit curtain wall building increases the construction difficulty in the special-shaped curved surface building.Based on the construction of special-shaped curved unit curtain wall in Yunbao Media Square project,the Revit model of the building and the Fuzor model of the general layout are used to simulate the two kinds of lifting process,and the detailed node design is carried out.BIM Technology is used to pre-assemble the special-shaped curtain wall before construction,so as to avoid returning to the factory for processing due to large error during on-site installation.The information of glass curtain wall can be directly extracted from the model,which improves the production efficiency and reduces the waste of resources.
