单曲面清水混凝土大直径弧形木纹屋面板施工技术

Construction Technology of Single-curved As-cast-finish Concrete Large-diameter Curved Wood Grain Roof Slab

以景德镇紫晶国际会议中心工程为依托,对单曲面清水混凝土大直径弧形木纹屋面板施工技术进行研究。施工屋面板时,仅支设底层模板,并设置混凝土抗滑措施,以适应屋面板小厚度、大曲率,并解决混凝土可塑性差、难以成型等问题,避免屋面板发生渗漏。屋面板拆模后观感较好,清水混凝土达到良好成型效果。

Based on the project of Jingdezhen Zijing International Conference Center,this paper studies the construction technology of single-curved as-cast-finish concrete large-diameter curved wood grain roof slabs.In the construction of the roof slabs,only the bottom formwork was supported,and the concrete anti-sliding measures were set to adapt to the small thickness and large curvature of the roof slabs,and solve the problems of poor plasticity and difficulty in forming of concrete,so as to avoid the leakage of the roof slabs.The roof slabs have good appearance after demoulding,and as-cast-finish concrete achieves good forming effect.
