孟鲁司特钠联合左卡巴斯汀对变应性鼻炎患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Levocabastine on serum inflammatory factors in patients with allergic rhinitis

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合左卡巴斯汀治疗对变应性鼻炎患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年3月1日至2019年3月1日在绍兴市中心医院治疗的变应性鼻炎患者150例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各75例;对照组采用左卡巴斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗,每鼻孔喷2次,每日2次,观察组采用左卡巴斯汀鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,每次1片,每日1次。两组患者均持续治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状评分,炎症因子水平以及血清嗜酸性阳离子蛋白(ECP)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)及总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)水平。结果治疗后,两组患者各项临床症状积分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素4(IL-4)与白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平[(16.2±3.9)kU/L,(39.2±6.4)kU/L]明显低于对照组[(21.0±2.8)kU/L,(49.4±7.4)kU/L],白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平[(20350.3±3422.6)kU/L]明显高于对照组[(15935.8±2703.2)kU/L](P<0.05);两组患者血清ECP、EOS及TIgE水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合左卡巴斯汀治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者炎症反应,减轻过敏症状。

Objective This study was designed to explore the effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Levocabastine on serum iflammatory factors in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods 150 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in Shaoxing Central Hospital from March 1,2017 to March 1,2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Levofabastine nasal spray,and those in the observation group were treated with Levofabastine nasal spray combined with Montelukast Sodium.Clinical symptom scores were compared as well as inflammatory factor levels,serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),eosinophil(EOS),and total immunoglobulin E(TIgE)levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,clinical symptom scores of patients in the two groups were significantly reduced and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin 4(IL-4)and interleukin 8(IL-8)in the observation group[(16.2±3.9)kU/L,(39.2±6.4)kU/L]were significantly lower than those in the control group[(21.0±2.8)kU/L,(49.4±7.4)kU/L],and the level of interleukin 10(IL-10)[(20350.3±3422.6)kU/L]was significantly higher than the control group[(15935.8±2703.2)kU/L](P<0.05).After treatment,serum ECP,EOS,and TIgE levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Levocabastine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is significant,which can effectively improve the patient’s inflammation and reduce allergic symptoms.
