摘要
目的:分析基于根本原因分析(RCA)法在呼吸机日常维修中的应用效果,以提高呼吸机的维修效率。方法:通过故障树模型对呼吸机维修的相关数据进行RCA,逐层寻找出呼吸机的故障原因为器械因素、人为因素和环境因素,其根本原因为无常备易损配件和工程师专业技能不足;针对器械因素和人为因素制定呼吸机维修效率提升措施。结果:通过按需库存常用配件、重视工程师培训考核以及利用维修数据寻找维修短板的方法,提高呼吸机维修效率,实施RCA法后呼吸机的1日修复率由实施前的68%提高至84%。结论:RCA法可找出影响呼吸机维修效率的根本原因,延长呼吸机使用寿命,提高呼吸机的安全性。
Objective:Analyze the application effect based on the root cause analysis(RCA)method in the daily maintenance of the ventilator to improve its maintenance efficiency.Methods:Performed RCA analysis on the related data of the ventilator maintenance through the fault tree model and found out the reasons for the failure of the ventilator were equipment,man-made and environment.The root causes were lack of standing vulnerable parts and insufficient professional skills of engineers.Measures to improve the maintenance efficiency of ventilator according to device reasons and human factors were developed.Results:Through on-demand inventory of common parts,emphasis on engineer training and assessment,and use of maintenance data to find ways to repair shortcomings,improve the efficiency of ventilator maintenance.After the implementation of the RCA method,the 1-day repair rate of the ventilator has increased from 68%before implementation to 84%.Conclusion:The RCA method can find out the root cause that affects the maintenance efficiency,prolong the service life and improve the safety of the ventilator.
