清肺排毒汤对新冠肺炎的药理学作用及其中医学思考

The pharmacological effects and traditional Chinese Medicine analysis of Qinfei Paidu Decoction in treating COVID-19

目前新冠肺炎诊疗方案的《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第六、七版)》中纳入清肺排毒汤治疗使用,许多医院也进行临床应用,可见其功效对新冠肺炎有明显作用。本文对近期文献查阅归纳,探讨了新冠肺炎所属“疫病”类型,总结清肺排毒汤的方剂构成及其在新冠肺炎的药理作用与实际应用,其对于临床治疗有良好效果,应按照中医理论辩证对处方进行加减应用。

At present,Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19(Trial Version 6 and 7)has brought Qingfei Paidu Decoction into use.Many hospitals also have applied it in clinic.Obviously,its effect is useful for COVID-19.This paper consults recent literature to discuss traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of COVID-19.The prescription composition of Qingfei Paidu Decoction and its pharmacological effects and practical application in COVID-19 are also summarized.The results shows that Qingfei Paidu Decoction has a great effect in clinical treatment.We should pay attention to syndrome differentiation to adjust the prescription in clinical application.
