基于指纹图谱及化学轮廓技术的大黄浸膏质量评价研究

摘要 目的:建立不同批次大黄浸膏指纹图谱评价方法,并基于化学轮廓技术,分析大黄浸膏质量差异。方法:采用HPLC-UV色谱分析方法,优化大黄浸膏全成分含量测定方法;并基于化学轮廓技术确证大黄浸膏样品差异性和质量差异贡献度较大的化合物。结果:建立了一种可用于大黄浸膏质量评价的指纹图谱方法,初步确认了对不同批次差异贡献度较大的成分。结论:所建立的HPLC指纹图谱方法和化学轮廓技术能有效评价大黄浸膏的质量。 Objective:To establish the fingerprint evaluation method of different batches of Dahuang extract,and analyze the quality difference based on chemical profiling technology.Method:HPLC-UV was used to optimize the determination method of total components in Dahuang extract.The chemical profiling technique was used to confirm the compounds with great contribution to the differences.Result:A fingerprint method for the quality evaluation of Dahuang extract was established,and the components with greater contribution to different batches were preliminarily identified.Conclusion:The established HPLC fingerprint method and chemical profiling technology can effectively evaluate the quality of Dahuang extract.
