中医药对糖尿病肾病的认识及新药发现

Recognition of diabetic nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine and discovery of new drug

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病的主要微血管并发症,同时也是终末期肾病的主要病因。DN已经成为日益突出的全球性问题,威胁着人们的健康。西医治疗DN的一线药物常伴有不良反应,中医药具有悠久的历史与丰富的临床经验,在治疗DN方面具有独特的优势。本文简要论述了中医药对DN的认识,概述了临床治疗DN的常用单味中药以及中药复方制剂,以期为DN的临床治疗和新药发现提供新思路。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is the main microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus and the main cause of end-stage renal disease.DN has become an increasingly prominent global problem threatening people's health.The first-line drugs of western medicine for DN are often accompanied with adverse reactions.Chinese medicine has a long history and rich clinical experience and has unique advantages in the treatment of DN.This paper briefly discusses the understanding of DN in traditional Chinese medicine,summarizes traditional Chinese medicine and compound Chinese medicine preparations commonly used in clinical treatment of DN,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment and discovery of new drugs for DN.
