摘要 膜式燃气表计量的是工况条件下的燃气体积,受环境温度和压力的影响很大。为准确计量燃气的标况体积,基于理想气体状态方程原理,研究并提出了一种电子式温度和压力补偿燃气表的设计方案,在燃气表内安装温度传感器,压力则根据当地大气压采用标定值的方式设置,在通气过程中,将燃气的工况体积流量,转换成标况体积流量,作为用户的结算气量。另外,针对燃气表显示读数分辨率低,温压补偿功能检定测试困难,增加了一种读数分辨率为6位小数的检测模式来解决问题。经实验测试,结果表明本方案可有效实现准确的燃气温压补偿计量,满足燃气贸易公平结算的需求。 The diaphragm gas meter measures the volume of gas under working conditions,which is greatly affected by ambient temperature and pressure.In order to accurately measure the standard volume of gas,studies and proposes an electronic temperature and pressure compensation gas meter design scheme based on the ideal gas state equation principle.The temperature sensor is installed inside the gas meter,and the pressure is set according to the local atmospheric pressure.In the process of using gas,the volume flow of gas under working condition is converted into the volume flow under standard condition,as the user′s settlement gas volume.In addition,in view of the low reading resolution of the gas meter and the difficulty in the verification and test of the temperature and pressure compensation function,a test mode with reading resolution of 6 decimal places is added to solve the problem.After experimental tests,the results show that the proposed scheme can effectively realize accurate gas temperature and pressure compensation measurement,and meet the demand of fair settlement of gas trade.
