大学生创业者异质性对创业行为影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Heterogeneity of College Student Entrepreneurs on their Entrepreneurial Behavior

中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛已经成为我国当前规模最大、水平最高的创新创业类比赛,以广东省分赛参赛大学生的问卷数据,运用Logistic方法选出影响大学生创业意愿和行为的主要因素。得出显著性指标的结论,包含户籍、创业导师、家庭年收入、家庭年支出、交往政府人员及金融机构人员数量、与朋友沟通频度、与政府人员及金融机构人员沟通频度共9个指标。提出调整高校人事考核指标、增设创新创业课程、盘活大学生创业政策、鼓励大学生合作交流的对策建议。

China's International“Internet+”College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition has become the largest and highest level of such competitions in China.Based on the questionnaire data of Guangdong division competition students,by using the logistic method,the main factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention and behavior of college students were selected.They concluded to 9 significance indexes,such as household registration,entrepreneurial tutor,annual family income and expenditure,the number of contacts with government and financial institutions,and the degree of communication with friends,government and financial institutions personnel.Some suggestions are put forward,such as adjusting the personnel assessment index in colleges and universities,increasing innovation and entrepreneurship courses,invigorating the entrepreneurship policy,and encouraging the cooperation and exchange of college students.
