The modernization of Laozi’s philosophy,is not only a historical problem but also a realistic problem.The modernization of Laozi’s philosophy should be focused on four aspects in the contemporary context:Laozi’s philosophy with the governance and administration of the country,Laozi’s philosophy with world peace,Laozi’s philosophy with life transcendence,and Laozi’s philosophy with ecological construction.
